  • Contracts Manager | South East Area

    We are seeking an organised and proactive contracts manager to oversee contract performance, manage client and supplier relationships, and support the successful delivery of maintenance and small works projects. The role involves contract administration, preparing quotations and tenders, monitoring project costs and profitability, ensuring health and safety compliance, and providing technical support to operational teams.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management within facilities maintenance or construction, strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of project planning, SLAs, and financial control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

One of our apprenticeship success stories is Aine, who joined Advance Facilities Group as a young apprentice at the start of her career. Throughout her time with us, she successfully completed a Foundation Degree in Business and Management with Distinction at the University of Kent, and has progressed into the role of Personal Assistant to the Group Director.
