Overview

Delivery of a full Cat A refurbishment to an existing high street premises, finishing with the supervision and coordination of the subsequent Cat B fit out works, all delivered as part of a national framework agreement.

Working on a busy high street location, our team was responsible for transforming the space from strip-out through to a fully furnished space ready for occupation.

Scope of work

Our projects team meticulously managed all works from full strip out of the existing walls and services to the installation of new M&E systems, including a full electrical rewire and HVAC systems.

Despite an unexpected delay at the start of the refurbishment, all works were completed on schedule while ensuring full compliance with current Building Regulations and fire safety standards.
