We successfully delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of the toilet facilities at a secondary school in Cornwall, modernising ageing amenities, improving hygiene and M&E performance, and enhancing the functionality, comfort, and overall user experience for students.

Scope of work

This refurbishment included a full strip out and replacement, incorporating both building fabric, mechanical and electrical upgrades.   Our projects team ensured precise planning, coordination and delivery throughout the refurbishment programme.

To minimise disruption and ensure the safety of students and staff, all works were carefully scheduled and completed during the summer school holiday period.  This allowed for safer working conditions and the ability to complete noisier and more intrusive elements of the refurbishment without any impact or disruption to the school day.
